Standard T&Cs
The pupil must give a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel a lesson. Any lesson cancelled within this period must be paid for in full.
After arriving at your nominated pick up point, if there is no reply or we have not been able to make contact with you within approximately 10 minutes, the lesson will be abandoned. The pupil will then be required to pay for the lesson in full. In this situation, the instructor will attempt to make contact but if the student does not respond within 7 days any future allocated time slots will be cancelled.
Any pupil who cancels lessons on 3 or more consecutive occasions may lose any future allocated time slots. In this eventuality, we may also refuse to carry on giving the pupil driving lessons, this will be at the instructor’s discretion.
Any pupil may be refused a driving lesson if the instructor has reason to believe the pupil is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The pupil must pay for the lesson in full.
In the event of illness or mechanical failure resulting in the instructor not being available on the day of the driving test, the instructor will arrange to pay for another test. This is the limit of the instructor’s liability.
In the interest of public safety, the instructor may withdraw the use of the training vehicle for a test if they believe it could be unsafe for the pupil to take the test at that time.
